Packet Pickup

If you registered for any of the events – 5k, half marathon or kids run – you need to go to packet pick-up.

Bring your used runners!  There will be a shoe drive FRIDAY only so bring your decent used shoes to recycle for charity.

London Bridge Beach - Race Day, Saturday, April 13, 2013 – 6am (only if absolutely necessary – limited services)
A friend or family member may pick up for you – they will be required to leave a name and number

What you’ll get at packet pickup
Bib Number; Chip (except kids run); Tech Tee; Plastic bag to use as your gear bag; Opportunity to purchase merchandise

Registration
Late registration will be available at packet pick-up Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

Switching from the half to the 5k or vice versa
Send an email to contact@londonbridgehalf.com by midnight Wednesday 4/10/13 or in person at packet pick-up Friday only.
There is a charge for going from the 5k to the half.  There are no refunds for the difference going from the half to the 5k

We prefer you pick up your own race packet, bib number, and timing chip at the Quality Inn on Friday, April 12th from 3pm to 9pm – 271 Lake Havasu Avenue.  However, we do understand that what we prefer and what can actually happen are two different things. If you can’t make it to packet pick up on Friday, a friend or family member may pick up your race packet for you.  They will be required to leave their name and contact number in case there are any questions.

For those driving in the morning of the race, YES, we are offering same day packet pickup from 6:00 – 6:50am.  Please arrive EARLY as we suspect there will be quite a few of you doing same day packet pickup and the race will start ON TIME.
